- 19:16 My Sierra has decided to eat healthy w/me this year. I didn't even bring it up, she brought it up all by herself. I'm rather proud of her :) #
- 19:17 She asked me for tips on how to diet & lose weight & I told her it's not about that, it's about eating healthy & feeling healthy. #
- 19:17 So I told her we'd do it together. I bought all healthy food today & since my fridge died I was able to completely get rid of the crap food #
- 19:18 And now I'm teaching her about resting after eating to let her tummy fill up, not to just keep eating beyond fullness. #
